Floor grinding
Floor grinding is one of our services by which the surface layer is reduced to eliminate the most noticeable irregularities. This process is performed with heavy-duty sandpaper. As a result of this process, scratches, stains, uneven joints, and even poorly laid floors can be leveled. Roughing is recommended for new floors, and sometimes older floors may require roughing.
Floor Polishing
Floors are affected by physical, chemical and mechanical factors that produce pores, stains, wear and tear, etc. One of our services is the polishing that eliminates affectations. This technique revives and rejuvenates floors. To carry out floor polishing we use chemical products and machines with modern technology. The process consists of sanding or abrading the top layer to leave a smooth surface and an incredible shine.

In this process is where we seek to provide the floor with a higher degree of brightness. Floor polishing is achieved through the application of different chemical products. The crystallizer that provides most of the shine to the floor and then the wax gives extra protection to the floor.

Floor Cleaning
In the case of some floors they only require a deep cleaning. This treatment is mostly performed on porcelain tile floors, which are not roughened or polished. This process is different, since it is done with a scrubbing brush, and special disinfectant solutions and detergents are applied to the surface.

Stripping and Waxing
This process is mostly performed on vinyl or tile floors. Stripping begins with cleaning the floor to remove dust and dirt. Once cleaned and prepared, it is necessary to scrub and strip the floor with a machine designed to remove the remaining wax without damaging the floor.
Once cleaned and stripped, the floor must be sealed by applying a coat of Wax or sealer. Each type of floor requires its own type of wax or sealer. Applying several coats will provide greater protection against moisture, dirt and traffic.

Steps to achieve your floor's shine with our services
Many floors require the following processes, all included in our services. Some floors may require modifications to the techniques, depending on surface conditions.
Roughing
In this phase of the process, more abrasive discs are used to remove the imperfections of the surface (unevenness, bumps, holes, material residues).
Polishing
Here the process is continued with finer sandpaper and using products such as crystallizer to give the floor a higher shine.
Shining and Protection
In this phase the wax is applied to the floor so that the shine lasts and the final touches are made so that the surface is uniform
